As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I help my clients to overcome challenges within their lives which are holding them back from being the person they aspire to be. By using hypnosis within my therapy, we bring about positive change within a person’s behaviour, emotions, and thoughts. Hypnotherapy can be effective with reducing anxiety, depression, and stress by helping to achieve a relaxed state of mind where we are more receptive to positive suggestions.

During a hypnotherapy session, I will guide the individual into a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, allowing them to access the subconscious mind. In this state, the therapist can provide suggestions and visualisations that help the individual reframe their thoughts and beliefs and help with these conditions. This can also be particularly useful for treating panic attacks.

Hypnotherapy can also be used to address the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, and stress, by dealing with possible past traumas or negative self-talk patterns.
