Meet Samantha
Hello, I am Samantha, a clinical hypnotherapist based in Saltash and supporting clients in Plymouth, across the South West and online. I use solution focused hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help you build confidence, resilience and a calmer mindset, whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply want to move forward with more ease.

How Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines practical talking therapy with hypnosis. It can include elements often associated with CBT, NLP and therapeutic metaphor, but the focus stays clear and client-friendly: helping you understand your mind, reduce pressure and move towards the life you want.
A clear, solution focused conversation
We start by looking at what you want to be different, rather than spending sessions going over painful past experiences. This helps us build practical steps towards the changes you want to make.
Simple brain-based understanding
I explain how the brain can create patterns around stress, anxiety, habits and confidence. Ideas such as the stress bucket can make it easier to understand what is happening and what helps you feel calmer.
Hypnosis to support positive change
The hypnosis part of the session is a relaxed, focused state. It can help the mind rehearse more helpful responses, reinforce new pathways and support the positive changes we have discussed.
Client experiences
Real feedback from people who worked with Sam for confidence, smoking, phobias, stress and wellbeing.
